Fire-(Escape)

A project that explores the importance of gathering around an open fire and how we have developed by harnessing its power.  Through the creation of a friction fire drill kit I aimed to re-teach an ancient skill and encourage gathering around the flames. I worked in collaboration with Forbo flooring systems exploring the potential of their furniture linoleum.
